Once again, Restaurant Windsor, in the center of Barcelona, confirms its good work by remaining among the outstanding restaurants in the Michelin Guide, which has just presented its prestigious selection. For our team, this mention is a source of deep pride and, above all, an endorsement that we remain faithful to our criteria of excellence: honest product cuisine, impeccable service in the room and a global experience where every detail matters.
Our gastronomic proposal is based on the extreme selection of the product, whenever possible local, seasonal and local (KM0). We firmly believe in the power of well-crafted ingredients and in a technique that enhances flavor without artificiality. We practice a minimal, respectful intervention that recovers traditional recipes and elevates them from simplicity and authenticity. This has been, since our beginnings, the essence of our product kitchen.
