Second proposal: rice & cava
The low alcohol level of cava makes it ideal for a non-fatty dish such as a rice dish, and its carbonic nature is suitable to aid digestion. If you choose our vegetable smoked rice, an ideal dish for vegetarians, made with a base of broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, green beans and an interesting smoky touch, you can choose a younger, Chardonnay-based cava, such as Juve & Camps Millesimé (Juve & Camps). If you choose the creamy rice with Palamós prawns (and concentrated juice from their heads), a Jaume Codorniu (Codorniu) – with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Xarel.lo; very versatile and gastronomic.
